Music legend Prince has ambushed chart-try-hard Paris Hilton, publicly humiliating her on stage.

The 48-year-old spotted the heiress in the crowd during one of his gigs at Club 3121 in Vegas and invited the 'Stars Are Blind' songstress to join him on stage to sing.

US magazine reports a 'delighted' Paris jumped at the chance, bounding onto the stage for a sing song.

As he handed her the mic, Prince turned to the audience and reportedly said, 'Let's see if she can really sing,' according to a witness.

Beauty queen Shanna Moakler has infuriated Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan after posting their contact details on her MySpace page.

Moakler famously fell out with hotel heiress Hilton last October (06) when the socialite was romantically linked to the former Miss USA's then-estranged husband Travis Barker.
